Enjoy an evening with House Representative Mike Nearman of district 23 (Dallas) for a MCRP fundraising dinner at Bumpers Grill and Bar in Fairview.  Our conservative legislators have had a tough time of it since the liberal democrats have control of Oregon House and Senate.  This is our chance to hear the insights of this up and coming leglislator and dialog with him.  We will raffle a few things also. 

Representative Mike Nearman, out of District 23 (Dallas), served in a non-partisan position to his advantage on a house district run serving on the Central School District Budget Committee.  He also served in the Republican Party as a PCP and as the Polk County Chair.  On the activist front, he has been a leader in Oregon Citizens Lobby.  Now as a House Rep., he serves on two committees: Consumer Protection and Government Effectiveness as well as Higher Education, Innovation and Workforce Development.
