House Committee On Higher Education, Innovation, and Workforce Development; House Committee On Consumer Protection and Government Effectiveness

Prior to taking office, Mike was a leader in the Oregon Citizens Lobby and was the Chairman of the Polk County Republicans.

Steamed Catfish… Discovered during the Angkorian age, this is an amazing authentic Northern Cambodian favorite!  Catfish steamed in banana leaves covered in rich coconut cream and curry paste.  Served with jasmine rice.

Cambodian Stir Fry… A Cambodian favorite, chicken full of natural flavor of basil, kaffir lime leaves, and lemongrass.  Served with Jasmine rice.

Stuffed Wings… Cambodia’s  “Angel Wings” deboned chicken stuffed with marinated ground pork and vegetables served with house chili sauce. 

House Special Fried Rice… Jasmine fried rice stir fry with Chinese sausage topped with Cambodian fried egg, tomatoes and cucumber

Watercress Sour Soup with beef ribs or pork ribs…Cambodia’s favorite Soup! Mama Khut perfected this traditional soup with complex seasoning of lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, tamarind, egg plant and morning glory/watercress with beef ribs.
